You don’t have to be in Vietnam to get things done here. Maybe someone you love is studying or working in Hanoi. Maybe you miss a product you can only find in Vietnam, or you have clients here you want to look after properly. Hanoi Solutions is your team on the ground: we shop, deliver, arrange, accompany and report back, so you can show up for the people and the business that matter to you, from wherever you are.
For family, partners and friends
Fresh gifts, delivered with care. Flowers, a birthday cake, a fruit basket or a hamper of their favourite snacks, delivered to the door with your handwritten message. We send you a photo when it arrives.
Support for students and young workers. Sending a son, daughter or partner to study or work in Vietnam? We can set up their room, stock the fridge, help them get a SIM card and a bank account, find a doctor, or simply check in when you can’t reach them.
Showing your love across borders. Surprise your partner on an anniversary, Valentine’s Day or just an ordinary Tuesday. We help you plan a dinner, a bouquet, a small gift or a whole surprise, and keep it secret until the moment arrives.
Caring for family here. Tết gifts for parents and grandparents, a visit to elderly relatives, someone to go with them to a hospital appointment, or help with a repair at their home. We act like a trusted relative who lives nearby.
Celebrations you can’t attend. A wedding, a birth, a graduation or a memorial. We deliver your gift and your words, and can attend on your behalf if the family would like that.
For shopping and shipping
Buy in Vietnam, receive in Europe. Vietnamese coffee, tea, dried fruit, silk, ceramics, lacquerware, a made-to-measure áo dài or suit from a Hanoi tailor. Tell us what you need; we find it, check it, send you photos, pack it carefully and arrange shipping to your address abroad.
Sourcing and quality checks. Looking for a supplier or a product sample? We visit shops, markets and workshops, compare prices, inspect the goods and send photos and videos before anything is paid for or shipped.
All shipments follow the shipping and customs rules of Vietnam and the destination country. We’ll tell you up front if something can’t be sent.
For people who travel to Vietnam
Arrival and getting around. Airport pick-up and fast-track, a local SIM card, a car with driver, hotel or apartment bookings, and someone to call if anything goes wrong.
An assistant by your side. An English-speaking assistant or interpreter for meetings, site visits, events and appointments. We prepare the logistics, take notes and follow up afterwards.
Your home while you’re away. If you own or rent a place in Vietnam, we can check on it, arrange cleaning and repairs, collect mail and hand over keys to guests or tenants.
Paperwork and errands. Collecting documents, translations, printing and delivery, payments to local suppliers and other errands that are hard to do from abroad.
For overseas businesses
Client care in Vietnam. Personalised greetings and gifts for your Vietnamese clients and partners at Tết, Mid-Autumn Festival, birthdays and company anniversaries, delivered on time and presented properly.
Gifts and welfare for your team here. Holiday gifts, welcome packs for new staff, birthday cakes and team celebrations for employees in Vietnam.
Representation and events. Someone to attend a meeting, trade fair, opening or signing ceremony for you, or to host your visiting clients from airport to dinner.
Logistics and arrangements. Venue and hotel bookings, transport for visiting teams, printing and delivery of materials, and on-site coordination.
